Kiwi host again

The snow has started to fall and the wind is just that little bit colder - yes, its time for Kiwi Host, says Kiwi Host coordinator Kristin. Kiwi Host is an internationally recognised customer service training programme that focuses on communication, customer relations and customer service. The workshop is designed to be simple but effective. Simple in the way that the atmosphere is very relaxed and non-stressful and effective because it changes people's attitudes towards the customer. The Kiwi Host workshop is a one-day course, (approximately seven hours), and is run locally by Rick Kingi every month. The cost of the course is $85 but, if you are a Ruapehu South Business Association member, you need only pay $65. This course is a highly-recognised training programme and it is an opportunity not to be ignored or missed, says Kristin. For more information call Kristin or Sue on 3858799 or write to the Ruapehu South Business Association, PO Box 103. Ohakune.
