•Sometimebetween 111 2 February, two brand new chain tie-downs were taken from the cab of a truck/ trailer parked outside a Rangataua address. The stolen articles are black with silver hooks. Police enquiries are continuing. # The sole occupant of a vehicle travelling out of Ohakune lost control on a bend and skidded in gravel. The vehicle flipped onto the roof after hitting an embankment. The driver was transferred to Wanganui Base Hospital for observation and later released.
