A good crowd turned up for the Waimarino Darts Club prizegi ving held at the Waimarino Club, Friday night, 10 December. The eveni ng started wi th a round of friendly games to set the scene for the evening. The following prizes were presented to the players: Overall Player: Greg Windle; Single Champion Men: Greg Windle; Runner up: Stephen Wallace; Single Champion Ladies: Lois Penning; Runner up: Rosalind Foster; Doubles Champions: Arvell Wallace & Kathryn Most; Runners up: Greg & Chris Windle; Mens 100: Greg Windle; Mens 140: Greg Windle; Ladies 100: Dawn Wall; Ladies 140: Dawn Wall; 180: Greg Windle, Arvell Wallace, Chris Windle, Hira Parate, Stephen Wallace, Kaylene Crossan, Wally MdFadyen & Dawn Wall; Highest start: Greg Windle, Kevin Scarrow, Ray Wall (160); Highest finish: Dawn Wall (157); Most improved player: Rosalind Foster. The most improved player award was presented for the first time.
