Cafe opens
Waiouru' s new look Hiway Robbery Cafe on State Highway One enjoyed rave reviews at its official opening on Friday. Proprietor John Brausch said that staff were hard pressed to keep up with customer demand with both locals and travellers taking advantage of specials on offer. Following their success John and Juanita intend to offer their customers special deals on a regular basis. Mr Brausch said many people commented on the shop's appearance, particularly on how clean and functional the newly-reno-vated service area is.
