Massage - the ideal gift?

Learning to "Massage for Health," could be one of the best things that could happen to anyone, says tutor Glyn Hubbard. Today "touch" is recognised as therapeutic and vital for total well-being. "Life takes it out but massage can put it back" says Glyn, who has organised the day-long course at Ruapehu College this coming Saturday, 1 1 December. The "hands-on" session is limited to 10 participants to ensure individual attention is received covering the basic techniques of massage. It promises to be an enjoyable day as massage is a pleasant experience as well as being beneficial! Call Ruapehu College for details.
