Service and value for money from AA Travel
AA Travel was established 15 years ago to provide a travel reservation service for AA members and now has 40 travel offices around New Zealand. The service is TAANZ (Travel Agents Association qf New Zealand) bonded for client's protection. As with all the
services they offer their aim is to offer clients good service and value for money, "We put your interests first in considering your itinerary using the knowledge gained
sure the success of your travel," said Ohakune manager Sandra Sunkel "We constantly achieve a 99 per cent rating from clients for service and work hard to
retain this reputation. We will not jeopardise your travel arrangement by providing inferior service or products. "Satisfied and repeat clients are the best advertisement
organisation. All staff are trained to the qualifications required by the Aviation and Travel Industry Training Board and every effort is made to have staff travel regularly to keep up to date with destinations and farilitips so as to offer clients accurate advice for their travel.
