Correction

In last week's Bulletin there was an article on the Ohakune Primary School bi-lingual unit which was inaccurate. Readers may have inferred from the third paragraph that the recent meeting convened by June Bates of Karioi (to discuss concerns about Ohakune Primary School) was held to discuss the bi-lingual unit. While the bi-lingual unit was discussed at the meeting, the Bulletin has been advised that it was not the main reason for the meeting. Board of Trustees representative Rose Pepere said also, that the unit has had a committee of parents for some time. She said the change is that it is now to become a "support committee". She said it was therefore not strictly "new".
