GOSSIP

Did you hear about 'Brush', the Ohakune fireman, who got home after a night out and, realising he may be in for a sore head, decided to try the old Berrocca trick. They forgot to tell him you're s'posed to put the tablet in water though, and pretty soon he was frothing at the mouth! Dousing it with water (he's a fireman - what else?) didn't help as it just frothed more ! What about Keith Pitman from Kings Court who was headed for Wellington a while ago, and asked for directions. 'Turn left at Bulls' they said. Trouble was he saw the sign for Bulls at Waiouru, turned left and went to Turangi. Don't they have geography lessons for Aucklanders?
