ESTABLISHMENT PLAN FOR LOCAL AUTHORITY TRADING ENTERPRISE Pursuant to Section 594K of the Local Government Act 1974 the public are advised that the Council adopted the Establishment Plan submitted to it by the Establishment Unit on 17 September 1993.
