If you need more advice...
During National Housing Week, hundreds of real estate agents will be offering free advice on any aspect of home buying. A window poster will be used to identify participating agents. The Real Estate Institute will also be offering a toll-free Housing Hot Line for information. People requiring information about buying or selling property are invited to call the Hot
Line on 0800-100-012 from September 21-28 to be put in contact with a local real estate specialist. For people on transfer, the Housing Hot Line can arrange for a real estate agent in the city or town they are moving to to call them back and give assistance with advice about that location. If you are thinking about buying a home of your own, the Housing Hot Line can put you in touch with an expert who will be able to advise you about the best way to go about it. The Real Estate Institute advises that this service is not available to discuss aspects of transactions already entered into. Nor is it able to provide legal advice.
