Waiouru's indoor rock climbing wall proved popular with more than 100 New Zealand outdoor instructors who converged on Ohakune for their annual conference on the weekend. The group were here for their annual meeting, hosted at the Ruapehu College. Unfortunately the weather put paid to many activities planned but fortunately they were able to use the "second best indoor wall in the country."
