Webbs wins shooting
The annual business house shoot over the the last week with 18 teams entering saw some good and some not-so-good shooting. The winning team was Webb Motors with a score of 361.6 - the team was made up of A Summerhays (94.2), C Webb (94.2), M Webb (88.1) and C Wiggins (85.1). The second team was King Country Energy - D Campbell (92.1), P Goldfinch (80.0), B Thompson (93.0 and C McGinniss (90.0) to total 355.1. The winners of last year, Elders were 3rd with 354.3 - G Brown (94.1), S Pearson (87.1), A Strurgess (84.0) and K Corocorian (89.1). Top individual score was Rex Prince 97.2, second individual was J Luff 96.0. The lowest team score was the Trustbank team who scored 229.1 and Pam Young from that team collected the wooden spoon with a score of 29.0.
