Ohakune/Karioi has slipped down one point behind co-leaders Marton and Kawerau on the points table after the weekend's senior rugby. In the game played in cold conditions, Ohakune/Karioi was beaten by Waverly 2113. Lachlan Harding kicked a penalty early in the game. Brendon Wills played an excellent game in the forwards, earning him 'hard-out player-of-the-day'. Tries - Geoff Hipango 1, Richard Lindsay 1. Richard Lindsay was Player-of-the-day.
