- PUBLIC NOTICES Public Notice APPLICATION FOR LIQUOR LICENCE SECTIONS 9(4) AND 31(3) OF THE SALE OF LIQUOR ACT 1989. Ruapehu Hotel ( 1 993)Limited has made application to the Ruapehu District Licensing Agency at Taumarunui for the grant of an On Licence and an Off Licence in respect of the premises situated at 7 Seddon Street Raetihi and known as Ruapehu Hotel. The general nature of the business conducted (or to be conducted) under the licence is Hotel. The days on which and the hours during which liquor is (or intended to be) soldi under the licence are: 1. On Licence: (a) Mondays to Saturdays 11am to 2am next day; (b) Sundays 1 1 am to 1 1 pm - diners only; 2. Off Licence: (a) Mondays to Saturdays 11am to 11pm. The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Ruapehu District Council, Manuate Street Taumarunui. Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the granting of the application may, not later than 10 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the secretary of the District Licensing Agency, c/o the Ruapehu District Council, Private Bag, Taumarunui. This notice is inserted by Gordon & Mooney (P J Mooney), Solicitors for the Applicant whose address for service is at the offices of Gordon & Mooney, Cnr Broadway & Fenton Street, Stratford.
