Jerry Maxwell Moses Tamatea, 19, unemployed of Raetihi, was to have defended a charge of being party to a burglary in Lakes Road on 9 February. However, having been adjourned once before because a prosecution witness was not available, when it was learned that the witness was still not available (owing to urgent family circumstances) Judge Watson said that as it was difficult to proceed with the case, he would dismiss the charge.
