QUEEN ELIZABETH II ARTS COUNCIL LOCAL ARTS SCHEME This Funding Scheme is part of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council's programme for assisting community arts and cultural organisations or groups. The Scheme is designed to support local arts and cultural organisations and groups, to increase participation in arts and cultural activities, and improve the quality of existing arts and cultural activities. The total amount available is $ 1 ,800. Applications are invited for financial assistance under this Scheme. Distribution of funds is administered by the Taumarunui and District Community Arts Council.
