Five pages of land use and subdivision consent applications in last Friday's Ruapehu District Council agenda was 'quite heartening' for the future. That was a comment of
Ruapehu District Council general manager Cliff Houston at the council's meeting. He said the schedule was indicative of a lot of development activity in the district.
