Golf Tournament at Makaranui. 12.30pm Lunch at Showgrounds, BYO. 1.00pm Family Fun Sports Day at Showgrounds, many novelty events. Demonstrations: Blade shearing, wood chopping, rodeo mechanical bull, fire brigade, dog trials, Waimarino Youth and Fitness Trust, Touch Rugby competition, Pig Hunting Competition.
