The main responsibility of the job is selling advertising to regular and new clients. Other duties include preparing and producing advertisements using Apple Macintosh computers with Pagemaker software, as well as some paste-up and darkroom work. A strong background in selling is essential, preferably in advertising. Desirable experience would include computer use including Pagemaker work, copywriting or design work, clerical work. The successful applicant must be well presented, confident with people, be self motivated and able to work both unsupervised and as part of a small team, be a non-smoker and have a current driver's licence.
