Truck problem
Attention needs to be made to loads on trucks, following recent accidents involving loads falling off trucks, including one fatal near Waiouru, according to Ruapehu councillor Bobby Vine. He said there were too many trucks carrying in-
sccure loads and that it was a very dangerous situation. He was aware of several incidents where loads, especially logs, had shifted. "Something has to be done about it before someone gets a pole through their front windscreen," he told fellow councillors last Friday.
