Not guilty pleas Blair Robert Turley, 22, lift operator of Ohakune, pleaded not guilty to charges of careless driving, driving with a breath alcohol level of 700/1 and a charge of refusing to accompany an enforcement officer. The three charges arose out of an incident in Railway Row, Ohakune Junction, on 6 July. He was remanded to appear for a defended hearing on 19 November. Counsel: Brian Mason.
