Perfect weather for the 36 hole tournament made for an enjoyable day for all concerned. Results were as follows: 36 hole gross winners B Gilles and K Devine, runners-up G Blinkhorne and J
Thompson, 2nd runnerups J Ennis and J Taylor and 3rd S Iraia and J McKinnon; 36 hole nett winners G Allerby and A Pritt, runners-up N Cranston and K Greenwood, 2nd runnersup C Pepene and D Winchcombe and 3 rd C George and M Cleaver; 18 hole stableford P and E Goldfinch, runners-up T Geraghty and N Cranston; 18 hole par D Blackburn and E Rush, runners-up S Gray and G Fraser. Winners of the tree iron were F and S Bright. Two's were scored by: J Taylor and J Ennis; D Winchcombe and C Pepene; G Blinkhorne and J Thompson; S Gray and G Fraser; D and N Pratt; J Hammond and J Martin. The tournament was sponsored by Starline Services. Closing day next Sunday. Members a plate please. The sponsors for the day were: Acacia Lodge and Raetihi Four Square.
