These will include: ■ To represent the interests of the beneficiaries ■ Distribution of Dividends ■ To conduct periodic ownership reviews ■ To appoint and monitor the performance of the Energy Company directors ■ To review and adopt the Statement of Corporate Intent of the Energy Company Applicants should possess: ■ Commercial acumen ■ An understanding of financial statements and business plans ■ A proven background in leadership ■ Be a resident of the area Around four meetings per year are anticipated however flexibility from Trustees isnecessary.
