Adult Gymnastics

A group of adult gymnasts recently travelled over to Napier to compete in the Annual Omni Veterans Gym Competition. Tiffany Jefferies, Stephanie Rogers, Alison Barnes, Wendy Hubbard, Grant Price and Keith Kui are members of the Adult Gym evening class held on Fridays run by Glyn Hubbard. Two teams were madeup of the above gymnasts and all competed with merit - one scored a perfect 10. The competition and weekend are pretty relaxed and the main aim is to have lots of fun.

Participants did complain of aching muscles but that was due to laughter rather than the gymnastics! If anyone is interested

in next year's competition remember that the older you are the more bonus points you get - any 70-year olds interested?
