US ambassador to visit Raetihi
America's New Zealand ambassador, Her Excellency Mrs Della Newman is one of Rotary Raetihi-Ohakune's future guest speakers. She visits on Wednesday 16 September and the meeting will be open to the general public to hear her speak. The address will be held at the Ruapehu Hotel
dining rocm at Raetihi. Rotary's district governor Glen Caves will speak to the club tomorrow night, 9 September, also at the Ruapehu Hotel. Recent speakers to the club included former minister of lands, Venn Young, who spoke at the club's recent rural-urban night held at the Raukawa Falls tearooms.
