SECTION 73 of the SALE OFLIQUORACT 1989 The LIONS CLUB OF RUAPEHU has made application to the District Licensing Agency at Taumarunui for the renewal of Licence in respect of premises situated at 3 Arawa St. Ohakune, known as the RUAPEHU LIONS DEN. The general nature of the , business conducted (or to be conducted) under the licence is Members Social Bar. The days on which and the hours during which liquor is (or is intended to be) sold under the licence are every 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month from 6pm to 1 1 pm and the last Saturday in June between 6pm and 11.30pm (excluding 4th Tuesday in December and the 2nd and 4th T uesdays in January). The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Ruapehu District Council, Manuate Street, Taumarunui. Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the granting of the application may, not later than 10 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Agency c/ - Ruapehu District Council, Private Bag, Taumarunui. This is the FIRST publication of this notice.
