An open forum to discuss education in the Waimarino focusing on achievements of Maori students and Maori Language. Anyone with an interest in education is invited to attend and contribute. Wilson Douglas Mclntyre, and Warwick Peter Wilson Mclntyre both managers at the Oasis Hotel, State Highway 1, Waiouru, have made application to the Ruapehu District Licensing Agency at Taumarunui for the grant of an 'OFF LICENCE' in respect of the premises situated on State Highway 1, Waiouru and know as the 'Oasis Hotel'. The jgeneraf nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a 'Hotel'. The days on which and the hours during which liquor is intended to be sold under the licence are, Monday to Saturday, from 7am to 1 1pm, to any person. The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Ruapehu District Council, Manuaute St, Taumarunui. ( ~"\ \ ls§# RESIDENTIAL AND RATEPAYER ELECTORAL ROLLS TRIENNIAL ELECTIONS 1992 Notice is hereby given that the Residential and Ratepayer electoral rolls for the Local Authority elections which are scheduled to take place on Saturday, 10 October 1992 are available for public inspection at the offices of New Zealand Post at Waiouru, Raetihi and Taumarunui, the Lbraries at Ohura, Taumarunui, Ohakune, Raetihi and Waiouru, the Ruapehu District Service Centre at Ohakune, the Ruapehu Distrct Agency at Raetihi and the Ruapehu District Council Offices in Huia Street and Manuaute Street, Taumarunui from 24 July 1992 to 21 August 1992 during normal working hours. Persons whose names do not appear on the Residential roll must ensure that they complete the necessary enrolment application form (ROE1) prior to Friday, 21 August 1992. Any person who has not completed an application form by this date will have to apply for a special vote. Any objections to the Ratepayers Rolls must be received by the Returning Officer no later then Friday, 21 August 1992 and include a completed application for enrolment form. Ratepayer enrolment forms are available at all Council offices.
