Hard case question
A certain new (annonymous) chum to the paintmg trade was asked to paint the reinforced concrete beams in the Ohakune Club recently. Noticing many small holes (most people know them as small air holes left on the surface of poured concrete), Phil Keenan (oops!) asked: "Shouldn't we fill the borer holes first?" !!
