Raetihi brew stir

Local Raetihi grocery store co-owner, affectionately known as "Johnie" to his friends, is a self confessed brewing expert. He decided the other day that one brew was not quite up to his usual standard. "A bit cloudy," he said. So down the drain it went. It wasn't long befor& the drain took offence and decided it had had enough ("say when?"). The local drain expert was called and proceeded to unblock said drain, but he was almost bowled over by the smell of the sugar and foam obstruction. The only side effects were to the resident wildlife on the settling ponds. Have you ever seen dueks doing cart-wheels? Raetihi folk are hoping the next brew is drinkable, after the havoc from the last one!
