If all else fails...

Winstones awarded a special prize to one of their crew recently, a well-known stores worker (and his wife) who for three nights slept on the cold, hard floor because the heater element wasn't working in the water bed. He tried everything to get the thing to work but had to resort to calling the electrician who, with his expert knowledge and highly tuned technical brain, found the problem almost immediately. The plug was out of the socket. (Pity the electrician 's survival instinct isn't so well tuned - he promised not to tell anyone!).
