New Kiwis

Waiouru's Community Midwife, Libby Tuthill, with children Patricla and Gregory, were sworn in as New Zealand citizens by Ruapehu Mayor Garrick Workman last month. Originally from South Africa the Tuthills iived in Christchurch for a number of years before moving to Waiouru, with Libby taking up the position of Principal Nurse at Waiouru Hospital. Libby is also actively involved with the community's Health Watch Committee, mothers and babies group, and pottery group.
