Late Bulletin

Brand new parents, and Bulletin publishers, Marie and Robert Milne well-and-truly learned last week that babies arrive in their own good time and sometimes just won't be rushed. She was born at 4.10pm on Thursday at Wanganui, an by then the Bulletin production was behind schedule.
