All 320 Waiouru school children increased their heart beat by doing healthy activities last Wednesday. minutes trying each activity. Some activities included many different skipping tasks, obstacle courses, hoop skipping, congo train movement with music, hockey dribbling and relay activities, and a painting murale station.
