Soldier's lover

Readers have asked for the Bulletin's definition of a 'lover'. Last week we published a story about "wives, girlfriends and lovers", (of Waiouru soldiers). One reader said that if you had a wife and/or a girlfriend, then surely you would also have a lover. The Bulletin does not have a standard definition of a lover, and we cannot comment on the military definition of a lover as it is classified information. So sorry, readers, but you '11 just have to work it out for yourself!
