• Stranded without money in Ohakune last Saturday morning, I was disappointed to discover that the cash machine in the new Trust Bank building only caters for Trust Bank clients. Surely it is time the banking fraternity acknowledged us as a thriving tourist town by installing a money machine servicing all bankers cards similar to the machine I used recently outside the Post Office in Te Puke, Bay of Plenty.
