Taihape rest home planned
The planning for a 20 bed retirement home "Ruanui House", in Taihape is almost completed. There is currently $320,000 in hand, and negotiations are now under way for the remainder. A requirement of the negotiations is to ob-
tain an expression of interest from people thinking of becoming residents. Applicants are under no obligation, but the order of application could establish priority for residency. It is hoped applicants will be from Waimarino, Tai-
hape and Hunterville. Those persons who do have an interest are asked to write to "Chairman", Ruanui Trust, PO Box 1, Taihape. Full plans of the Ruanui Home are on display at the Trust Bank, Taihape.
