Waimarino ladies golf club held their opening day on 4 March Wednesday in lovely weather with 21 ladies playing in the field with some good scoring. Play was "Captains' Trophy Stableford" Winner, Jan Taylor, 39 points on countback from Pixie Chambers, 39 points. 3rd, Audrey Pritt, 38 points. Raffle, A Pritt. Two's, A Pritt and J Taylor.
