SITUATIONS VACANT ! : RAETIHI SCHOOL CARETAKER/ GROUNDSPERSON/CLEANER 1/ Able to work with children and staff. 2/ Will show initiative and the ability to work independently. 3/ Will be expected to be part of the life and spirit of Raetihi School (ie ability to communicate with children, teachers and parents.) 4/ Will be expected to have the ability to do general minor maintenance tasks around the School eg repair door locks, fit washers to taps, minor maintenance of the School's tractor, mower, brushcutter and other machinery etc. 5/ Will be expected to operate the School's machinery and equipment. 6/ Will demonstrate that they are able to clean and look after the Administration Block and Hall and Hall Kitchen. 7/ Able to operate the School's tractor and mowers re mowing the School's Sports fields. 8/ Show a basic understanding of gardening techniques so that the School's lawn, shrubs and gardens are maintained at a very high standard. 9/ Qualifications to operate and maintain the School's swimming pool and heating system, are desirable.
