Sports trust's 1st meeting
At right is a chart indicating the proposed distribution network for the Waimarino Community Sports Education and Development Trust. Chart designer Glyn Hubbard said the hope is that this system should guarantee the successful development of sport and future sports people in the area. The trust is to hold its first annual public meeting tomorrow night in the Lions Den, Arawa St, Ohakune, 8pm. At the meeting the Trust instigators intend to adopt the Trust Document and hope to see a good attendance of sports clubs representatives, because later they will need sports people to join the trust board for future grant disbursments.
