Ruapehu signs okayed
Ruapehu District boundary signs are to be erected at eight sites on roads leading into the district. The signs, costing about $1000 each, will be of a type similar to Department of Conservation signs, will read "Welcome to the Ruapehu District, 'where adventure begins'", followed by the name of the next town and its distance.
