Squash events

The Waimarino Squash Club are holding an open day and an internal tournament on 28 and 29 February. For people wishing to join the club the usual $27 nomination fee will be waved during this weekend. A Karaoke night is planned for Saturday and there will also be a key exchange on 29 February for existing members. The club also holds ladies morning squash for members and

prospective members, which starts on 2 March. This is a great way for mothers to meet. Last year an interbusiness squash competition proved to be a successful event, and this year interbusiness squash starts on 1 April. A team consists of five players, one seeded player and four others. For those who can't find a seeded player one will be found. For more information phone 385-4148.
