You name it!
A name is needed for the new development in Ohakune which incorporates the Trust Bank Central. The development, on the Goldfinch - Ayr
Street corner, is more than a bank. The present complex includes the hair salon, "Headquarters for Hair", and the dental centre, but development is planned to occur over stages on the whole site, incorporating shops, professional offices as well as about 40 car parks at the rear. Peter Richards Builders Ltd, the local Lockwood franchise holder, is the owner of the development and the company leases the bank building to Trust Bank. He is looking for a name for the commercial centre and would like locals to have an opportunity to have a say in what it is to be called. So he has organised a l
competition for Ruapehu Bulletin readers. Think of a name, fill in the coupon on this page
and get it to the Bulletin and be in to win a dinner for two at the Sunbeam Bar & Restaurant.
