Feline felony
This Gossip item is a bit boring but to be fair to all the other Gossip subjects through the year, it seems appropriate to put it into print (if not to avoid the action if it doesn't!) Bulletin Editor Robert Milne and Marie Milne toodled off on holiday recently, and when they got to Palmerston North Rob said "Did you put the cat out?" They decided there was a 50-50 chance the cat was curled up on the couch. So they called Graeme Murdie and asked him to check it out and, if necessary, free the feline friend from its slumber spot. After carefully checking out all the rooms, he spotted a spotty puss on the back door step (isn't it always the way?) Now, the only reason this little story is any different to any other "did you turn off the oven" holiday stories, is that the said Mr Murdie was called on the previous Christmas holidays to check out the Milne abode, and an outside cat left inside was involved then also! (P.S. Rob wants to know if he can have the windsurfing magazines back now, Graeme).
