Any rates remaining unpaid after 4.00pm on this date will incur a 10% penalty. 1992/93 DISTRICT PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN The Council is seeking submissions from interested organisations who have proposals for 1992/93 which fit within the promotions and development framework of the Council's Corporate Plan. Any submissions made should show full costings including the contribution to be made by the organisation itself and the amount sought from Council. Submissions received will be dealt with by the Council's Promotion and Development Subcommittee which comprises of Councillors and representatives of organisations who have been identified as having a particular interest in the promotion and development of the district.
