One of the major problems in maintaining a diet is control of hunger. Once its chemistry is learned, however, you can exorcise the demon of hunger and make dieting easy. Here are six helpful tips to master your appetite. * Eat sufficient fibre - Fibre is simply the cel-
lulose found in vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. There is no fibre in animal products. Fibre helps you feel full. * Eat a little food more often - Small frequent meals maintain blood sugar levels and are easy on the digestive system. * Eat main meals in your most active hours - Peak energy requires peak calories. Midmoming and late afternoon are best. * Drink plenty of water - Water with fruit helps to decrease hunger. Remember 'Taste makes Waist'. ♦Exercise - Exercise burns calories. This speeds the body's metabolism which continues to burn calories after the exercise has ended. * Visualise your fat loss - Use the power of your mind to help create the desirable you. 'You are what you think'.
