Senior citizens meet

With 40 members attending the AGM at the Waimarino Club last Wednesday, the Raetihi Senior Citizens Club is in fine fettle. All officers were reelected unopposed: President, Eva Grossart; lst Vice President, Helen Wiggins; 2nd Vice President, Les Burns; Secretary, Betty Barrett; Committee, Merle Hussey, Lorna McFadyen, Pam Walls. Regular meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at the Waimarino Club, Seddon Street, Raetihi, where anyone is welcome to attend to enjoy companionship and organised entertainment. People interested in joining this organisation should contact Eva Grossart. There is no age requirement, just a will to enjoy life and meet others on a regular basis.
