' — ' SPECIAL ORDER: RUAPEHU DISTRICT COUNCIL WORKS LOAN 1991 - $1,100,000 Public notice la hereby given that at Its meeting held on 8 November 1991 the Council resolved by way of Special Order pursuant to Section 716B of the Local Government Act 1974 to raise the above loan. The Special Order will be submitted for a confirming resolution at the next Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambere, Huia Street, Taumarunui on Friday 6 December 1991 commencing at 11.00am. The purport of the Special Order resolution is to raise and make provision for repayment of the loan which is to upgrade reticulated water supply systems in the townships of National Park and Ohakune. The cost of the upgrading work to be met by the ratepayers whose properties are connected to the National Park and Ohakune water supplies.
