sume their total calorific intake at the night meal actually gained weight, while those who consumed the same number of calories at breakfast, lost weight! Another study involving 7,000 people over ten years, found those who ate breakfast tended to live longer than those who ,
did not. They had lower blood pressure and remained within five percent of their ideal body weight. Those who skipped breakfast were thirty percent over their ideal body weight.
