Marketing delay
Southern Ruapehu representatives had barely an hour to digest a Ruapehu District marketing plan before having to vote on it at a tourism promotion committee meeting last week, said Ruapehu South Businessl Association chairpersoni Sue Allomes. | She said the plan arrived in her mail the morning of the meeting, while Taumarunui representatives had five days to study the documenL She said however, that it seemed to be a reasonable document. The committee has recommended that the marketing manager be appointed.
