• Four people were arrested last week for the burglary of Cedar Service Station in Clyde St Ohakune, which occurred on Tuesday morning, 12 November. The thieves stole confectionery, batteries and hand tools. They were disturbed by the owner of the property. Most of the property was recovered. One of the offenders, from Rotorua, will appear in the Rotorua District Court, while the other three will appear in the Ohakune District Court. • Arsonists caused $25,000 worth of damage to timber at the Ohakune Trustbank building construction site in Goldfinch St, Ohakune, Monday night last week.
